    Myles Turner is a Dawg!!!! He was on his game. 🔥🏀🔥 The big diff was Pascal too. The afternoon game Sunday favors the Pacers who slept in their own beds Friday night when Knicks got home at 2 am. If Pacers play hard like they did Friday, they’ll win Sunday.

    Anunoby carrying that 2nd half early on in the series is proving to be the difference thus far and that difference is homecourt in game 7. Otherwise it's been back and forth. Two points I'm making: I feel the only games where the better team lost were game 1 and game 3, with OG doing his thing to offset the rest of their team bogging down in between. The thing is the Pacers never had home court just a chance at it and the Knicks blew their chances to all but close the Pacers out in their Game 3 loss. The best position right now however is a one game series albeit away if there were ever a more opportune time for an away team to steal one in this series it is with their backs.to.the wall so we shall see Kent. Thank you for.the content. I totally agree about Tyrese vs Jalen. Vinny vs Nembhard has went as you guessed but McConnell and Turner alternating strong games is real reason I think the Pacers have held on once Siakam was quiet for a couple of games until yesterday. Everyone has had their quiet couple of nights for the Pacers, so the silver lining of the moment lies therein: If the Blue and Gold can get that perfect storm of balanced contribution at home why shouldn't anyone in the best league in the world still around for a game 7 im the semis not be able to do it away...if only for one night,eh. The crazy thing about the game 4 blowout win in Indy was that not everyone absolutely went off who could have. The other which is more unfortunate are the nights where the Pacers looked like a polar opposite of the game prior. Game One still seems to have kept biting them mentally in New York up to now.

    I didn't get to watch the game, but statistically it looks like the Pacers beat the Knicks despite the officials. Once again the Knicks get the edge with the fouls. What I find suspicious about this is that fatigued teams and teams playing from behind tend to get grabby and commit more fouls. But despite that, the Pacers keep getting more called on them. For those who watched the game, was the foul discrepancy legit or was this another typical big market versus small market NBA game?

    Myles Turner basically hit his season averages. That stretch where they got Siakam hit like 4/5 shots and stretched the lead was basically the game. Every starter had at least 6 boards, and we didn't even shoot it well from the arc.

    Fire Coach Sides with the Indiana Fever, or prepare for another losing season. She can't coach, and the last two seasons proves it. Put Caitlan Clark back at point guard. Let her run the offense. Let her choose her own shots. And, please help the other Fever players to figure out how to shoot abasket, and play defense.

    Kent, I appreciate your sports takes. Seem like a reasonable guy. Your take on the Fever is fair. Got the Iowa bandwagon that thinks you can just roll Bluder and that whole college team in and dominate the W! While I didn’t see Boston play last year, the coach and media have said she has trimmed down and worked on her body. However, it may have been a better idea to work on her game a bit more in the offseason and less media work. Right now, though, the Fever look like the JV team playing against the Varsity. Not even competitive.

  • @Tbone51
    @Tbone51 День назад

    I understand the Fever are young and are already in the WNBA "basement." But what I've seen so far is upsetting! It seems to me that coach Christie Sides is not trying to develop the team to enhance Clark's (Boston, and others') strengths. All I read from Sides are public comments about Caitlyn's deficiencies and problems. I'm not saying that the way the Fever are playing is all on the coach, but I do question, as a second-year head coach, her ability to meld a competitive team with some obviously exceptional talent. How about trying to coach to the players' strengths rather than having the players change to fit your coaching style. What have you accomplished, "coach?" And how is telling Clark, one of the best shooters ever, that her shot is not quite right?! ("It's these habits that we've gotta break", Sides, May 10). What you might do, genius, is break her effectiveness and confidence.

    Kent, I’m not a huge WNBA fan, but I am having trouble understanding what I have seen from the Fever’s draft decisions. If I’m not correct, this team was ranked 11th defensively last season. Why wouldn’t you address THAT ISSUE first? If this team had another big aggressive forward/center to help with rebounding and put-backs, I think they would be very competitive. Clark has great potential as a scorer and playmaker but DEFENSE..DEFENSE..DEFENSE.. wins championships!!! After watching South Carolina and UConn, I would have drafted the biggest strongest, most aggressive forward available. Just sayin… 👍😎🇺🇸
